Arnold World Submission Championships. It was held at Nationwide Arena. I placed second in my weight class out of over 70 grapplers from all over the country/world. Excuse the women screaming my name in the background. It is my Aunt and she gets excited (she may have had a couple drinks as well). I won tapout via Keylock/Arm lock. I'll get some of my actual fights up sometime next week. I need to transfer them somehow onto youtube. In the below video, I am the guy facing you at the start. I start on my back and then work a sweep for top position. Most MMA fighters compete in these type of competitions to keep their ground game sharp. Nothing that exciting to watch, but it was a hard event and I had 5 matches back to back. I will add, I didn't start until 10:00pm. Rough night. Lost first place by points do to conditioning.

Getting in shape. I'm doing rehab for my injurys. I'm sick of fight 75%. I'm trying to pay my bills injured and making guys like evans and forrest look good. I can't do it anymore. I'm going to take some time to take care of myself. Everone wants the old Tito back and I'm going to give it to them.
I think this is going to be good. He's needed this for a while and I think it's definitely a smart move. BTW, he posted that here yesterday on another thread.

Very upset UFC/Zuffa did this. I like most of you are a fan of UFC's, but I don't always like the way they do business. Very unfortunate. Japan has been a great thing for MMA and now they see UFC as a puppet master controlling the fighters/market. We need to be working together with them and improving the sport/purses for fighters. Just my opinion.

Sports Navigator (Yahoo Japan) is reporting tonight (Thursday night Japanese time) that Jamie Pollack, the Zuffa-appointed legal advisor who went to Japan shortly after Lorenzo Fertitta purchased the assets of PRIDE from Dream Stage Entertainment, has shut down the PRIDE FC Worldwide office in Tokyo. Furthermore, the report claims that Pollack fired all PRIDE WW employees with a telephone call.
PRIDE public relations boss Mr. Sasahara (who is/was close to Hustle and Nobuyuki Sakakibara) issued a public apology to the fans. Sasahara said that the PRIDE staffers are confused and bewildered by the sudden closing of the office, further adding that he feels resentment towards the way the American owners betrayed the people who supported PRIDE. Sasahara reiterated that he believed what Lorenzo Fertitta had initially stated about the future of PRIDE, but now the operation is finished and staffers couldn’t access or get to cell phones or personal computers.
